At One11 Lofts, we believe in transparency and value—which is why we do not charge move-in fees. Your residence includes a comprehensive amenity fee of $95 per month, delivering high-speed internet, water, sewer, garbage, and recycling services for effortless urban living. This fee also provides access to our exceptional amenities: dry cleaning drop-off service, secure parcel receiving, resident conference room, state-of-the-art fitness center, our Zen-inspired community courtyard complete with grills and fire pits, meticulous common area maintenance, and dedicated bike and ski storage within our secure parking garage. Pet enthusiasts will appreciate our pet-friendly community. Optional pet rent of $60 per month accommodates up to two furry family members. We welcome cats that are litter box trained and at least one year of age, as well as dogs that are at least two years of age, housebroken, and without bite history. Younger pets may be considered with an adjusted security deposit. Breed restrictions apply to ensure community harmony. Protect your vehicle with our variety of parking solutions, with one space available per unit based on availability. Surface lot spaces are offered at $100 monthly, covered/EV spaces on our service lot at $150 monthly, indoor compact spaces at $150 monthly, and indoor standard spaces at $175 monthly. Additional overflow parking is available at the City's Community Parking Garage, conveniently located approximately two blocks away. A $50 application fee per applicant and cosigner covers comprehensive third-party screening including credit history, rent payment history, criminal history, offender and watchlist verification, as well as income and identification verification. This fee is non-refundable and ensures efficient processing of your residence application. Units may be virtually staged.
