For the comfort of all our residents the following breed restrictions apply: Akita, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pit Mix, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf, Wolf Dog Mix, and any hybrid or mixed variations of these. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 for 1 pet, $600 for 2 pets and monthly pet rent of $20 per pet.
