Truly unbeatable Capitol Hill location... just steps from Union Station, but on a residential street in one of Washington DC's most livable, walkable neighborhoods. This listing is for a one year lease, but we can do shorter term leases for slightly more, too. Heat and water/sewer included (tenants only pay electric and gas for the stove, plus any cable/internet options). Onsite laundry, resident manager. We show by appointment Mon-Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Cats are ok, but no other pets (sorry!).
