This 1 bedroom upstairs apartment has new everything including granite counters, stainless steel appliances and includes a stackable washer/dryer installed. Water and High Speed Internet is included in rent price. Electricity must be turned on in tenant's name. 3x rent verifiable income needed for consideration. We do not charge application fees but a $30 background check fee is due before a lease is signed. Background check, rental history and credit check may affect the security deposit amount.
