A Note on Renters' Insurance
If you carry your own renters' insurance, great — just provide proof at move-in. If not, we'll add $10.50 per month for Tenant Liability Insurance, which covers unintentional damage to the premises. Please note this policy does not cover damage to your personal belongings, so your own renters' insurance is always the better choice.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
