For an additional fee, parking may be available on a lot adjacent to the building (you are welcome to ask). This is one of the most walkable and transit-friendly areas in St. Louis. The location is one block west of St. Louis University, and footsteps from the Cortex district. A major supermarket is across the street. Several other full-service markets are an easy walk or bike ride from here. Dining, coffee houses, IKEA, movie theaters, and City Foundry are within easy walking distance. Public transit is outside the front door, with direct connection to Metrolink. Alternately, it's an easy walk to the Cortex Metrolink stop. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for Tenant Liability Insurance, which covers accidental damages to the apartment and building (not personal possessions).
