I am subleasing my bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment for 2 months (June & July). After July 31st, when the lease is over, you are able to re-sign the lease for another year, if you choose to stay. The bedroom is spacious and has a private bathroom, also spacious, with high ceilings on the 2nd floor. The furnished room includes: full sized bed, under bed storage drawers, desk, chair, and night table. Kitchen appliances are all energy efficient, gas stove. Washer and dryer in unit. You will be sharing the common area and large kitchen (tons of counter space) with 2 other roommates who are both students, one of the rooms will be vacant at the end of May. The 2 girls are very nice and friendly, and study most of the time. The building is less than 3 years old and it is super nice! Pool, movie theatre, computer lab, study rooms, game room, gym, etc. Tours are available if you are interested. I love living here, I am only moving because life plans changed and I am moving out of state at the end of May.
