Pet Friendly Building- I have a dog and birds so if you have a dog I am ok with that as long as everyone gets along. No cats-sorry. Must be responsible, tidy and respectful. I don't mind you having people over as long as they are respectful too. Smoking outside is ok. I am looking to have the room rented for Oct 15 or Novemeber 1st. 6 month - 1 yr lease.
