So, my roommate is moving out of the house here in a few weeks, and while I could pay the bills alone I'd rather not. Rent is $440/month, split however many ways. Utilities aren't too bad, but then, I've not lived here during really hot or cold months yet. There are a few places you could lay claim to as you like. The first floor has the kitchen, a bathroom with a tub but no shower, and the living room+dining room (currently blocked off by sheets, where I'm set up now). Second floor has a bathroom w/shower etc., two independent bedrooms, and a third bedroom only accessible through one of the other bedrooms. One of the independents currently houses my roommate, if you move in before he moves out you could still take one or both of the other rooms. There's also a little space in the basement you could set up in, if you have some strange affinity for creepy basements and value privacy a lot. Pets, smoking, etc. are all okay, so long as you can avoid causing damage--the place isn't in great shape thanks to the people who roomed with my roommate before me, but I'm trying to clean it up, not wreck it further. I have a hound mutt, she's very obnoxious but I can keep her downstairs (or upstairs, if you'd rather have downstairs and don't mind me in the kitchen at 3am cooking chili) if she's a bother. If you have a friend/SO/acquaintance in need of rooms, I'm fine with having more than one roommate--just so long as they can clean up their messes and pay their share of utilities. Oh, and the place is pretty convenient if you like to walk to places. Lots of food places and other stuff within a mile, as it's just a short ways off N. Henderson on W. Losey.
