Looking for someone clean with small cooking needs to take the space for a few months - max one year. The location is Chinatown officially Little Italy and the apartment is in a walk up building. It is deregulated so airbnb is fine. If Short Term, payment must be in advance up to four months plus one month deposit. Thank you.
