Hey! I'm looking for a female roommate for this summer (move in/out dates are flexible) near CSUN campus. It's a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom but you can take the bedroom for your time there. The place is pretty big and rent would only be $450 not including utilities (~$40). Furniture is already here, but there is room if you want to move in a couple things. I work full time during the day and study at night so I'm hardly there and when I am, it's pretty quiet. Just looking for someone to help pay rent while I handle some busy. I try to keep pretty clean, and I'd prefer having a roommate who does the same (at least in our shared areas). Call/Text if you're interested. Thanks!
