My girlfriend and I are looking for either a non-smoking, gay friendly, female roommate or another couple to rent out the (12' x 10' 9") spare bedroom in our 1032 sqft apartment. It has a private attached bathroom, as it is technically the master bedroom, and has a walk in closet, linen closet, and high ceilings. The apartment is on the first floor and has a large kitchen with an island and a pantry, large living room with fireplace, and an in-unit washer dryer. The apartment complex (Crossings on Marsh) has a fitness center, pool, gated entry, is always well landscaped, and offers covered parking. We would be ok with one dog, as long as it got along with our dog, but no cats. The rent is $275 plus 1/3 of bills (approx $60) for a single person, and $412 plus 1/2 of bills (approx $85) for a couple. We will be renewing our lease at the end of Sept. and we will be moving at the beginning of January. We either need someone to help with bills over a 3 month lease, or to take over a 12 month lease in January. The only fee to move in is the application fee to the leasing office.
