The room is unfurnished and the larger of the two. There’s a small grocery store and subway next to the building. Market on Yates, Save-On, and Thrifties are around 20 min walk away. The apartment is furnished with the basics. There is also a storage locker if you need it and parking available. New flooring in living room and kitchen, new oven, dishwasher, kitchen sink, and everything but the shower in the bathroom has also been replaced. I’m 28, work, and live an active/healthy lifestyle. I’m a pretty quiet person and like to keep things tidy. I have no problem with people coming over, but please not all the time and no parties.
