Sunflower is the perfect eastside location. It is close to grocery shopping, banks, schools,

We offer studio, one bedroom and two bedroom beautiful apartment homes. Each home is a
corner unit and there could be availabilities upstairs or downstairs. The square footages range
from 400 – 700 square feet. Prices range from $410.00 - $590.00. The application fee is
$25.00 and the non-refundable deposit is $99.00. The security deposit of $500.00 is waived
upon credit approval. Lease terms are seven and twelve months. The apartments include
vertical blinds, one living room accent wall is painted, frost-free refrigerators, electric stoves,
garbage disposals, dishwashers and lots of cabinets. Some plans have entry closets and linen
closets in the bathroom, and all apartments have central air conditioning/heating. The
residents pay for their own utilities and water is paid in addition to the monthly rental rate.
The community amenities include a beautiful pool and spa surrounded by trees, palms,
flowering bushes, large flower pots and lush green grass areas, a fitness center, playground,
racquetball court, barbeque grills and twenty-four hour on site laundry facility. Assigned
covered parking is available for $10.00 extra per month. Small dogs (25 lbs. and under) and
cats are welcome with additional pet rent and pet deposits. The limit is two animals. We
are professionally managed and maintained with a terrific maintenance staff available for
