We have a large, furnished (or unfurnished, if you prefer) room available February 15th/March 1st in a semi-private area of our home - we rent out two rooms individually, both within a basement suite in our home. Renting like this allows you to have a large, beautiful and fully equipped home, without the responsibility of the other half of the rent. Features include: - laminate floors throughout - an electric fireplace in the bedroom - dishwasher - big screen 3D TV with various gaming systems - off street parking - in suite laundry Rent is $650 (basic cable & Netflix, wifi, heat, water, garbage/recycling/compost pick up ... all the things the city charges for!). There are no hidden costs ... $650 is all inclusive. We are experienced with international students, and are more than happy to help while you settle in to your new home and school. We can pick you up at the airport, take you on your first grocery shop (which can be confusing in a new country!), make sure you know how to get to and from school safely and orientate you to Victoria. We are very close to Camosun Interurban campus and Uptown Plaza, and there is easy access to public transit to UVic. If you are without your own car, we are happy to drive you for weekly grocery shops. This is a family environment - no extreme partiers, please!! No drugs; not 420 friendly (sorry).
