It includes hydro, heat & water, internet, cable TV , laundry & hot water, and house cleaning (except for rental bedroom). There is limited extra storage. (No parking available other than street parking) -Room is furnished with a single bed, desk, mirror, lamps, night table, 2 dressers, portable closet, ottoman and plant. Own storage shelf available in washroom. Can definitely bring in own bed; bringing in other personal furniture is a possibility, depending on size and amount. - All cooking/eating supplies and utensils are included - Share kitchen and living room. - 10 min. walk to St. Clair West subway station - 3 min.walk to St. Clair W streetcar. Christie bus at end of the street. -Right across from the Wychwood Barns (Saturday Farmer's market) - Clean, safe residential area with great neighbours. - Large deck in back, and beautiful back garden. - Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. -3 grocery stores and an LCBO nearby. (Loblaw's and No Frills/LCBO each a 10-minute walk away.) -super friendly, affectionate cat This room is available to a NON-SMOKING, responsible, clean and tidy person, who likes cats. There is no space for any other pets. Although vegetarians are welcome, this is not a vegetarian home. This is and ideal room for anyone who wants a quiet private space in which s/he can concentrate and/or relax. Your space and privacy are your own and are completely respected.
