There is a small storage unit onsite (basement) that is accessed through the backyard. Washer and dryer in storage room also. No TV or cable, but you can bring yours! Close to Trinity Bellwoods, Kensington Market. Walking distance to Loblaws and Shoppers. All the furniture you see except for glass table is not included (bedroom and living space). Roomie is taking everything with her to Halifax. So you can bring your stuff or we can furnish it together on the cheap, which is so easy to do in this city! Bring your kitchen stuff too if you like. Your room: large unfurnished bedroom (13 x 11 feet) with big closet and white walls. Hard wood floors. Me: 30 yr old female working downtown as an events coordinator. Mon-Friday 9-5 work schedule.
