Ok, even YOU'D hafta admit that not every Park Slope neighborhood is this nice. Park Slope has it's crappy areas, if not outright 'Hoods. I mean, admittedly, there won't be a "Straight Outta Park Slope" starring Licensed Physician Dre, Easy to Get Along With E, Icy Calm Demeanor and MC Secluded Rendezvous, but you could do A LOT worse than this particular spot. And you probably will.
