Looking for a female roommate to share 2 bedroom unit. The place is in a great, safe location just outside of Kensington Market. It's located on a quiet street just east of Spadina, south of college, close to the subway and right on the streetcar line. It has two decent sized bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a very large patio/balcony. The living room is already furnished with a big couch, tv, storage shelves, record player, etc. The kitchen has all new pots and pans, utensils, dish-ware, big fridge and gas stove. There is a small air conditioning unit for really hot days. I've lived here for two years without any problems, and with helpful landlords. The place is not very big but is comparable to the size of most downtown apartments. It's also very clean and bright. I'm a mid 20's female working 9-5ish weekdays. I don't spend a lot of time at home but am happy to hang out (or not) when I am home! Price is $850, we split cost of internet and hydro. (Around 60 a month.)
