I'm moving and I need to rent out my room in this great 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Carroll Gardens. The apartment is just a 7 minute walk from the Carroll F/G stop. The room is about 13' x 15' and easily fits a queen bed, nightstand, a couple of bookcases, a chair, and an ottoman with plenty of floor space. (The room is also available furnished, if you'd like to buy any of these.)
You'll be staying with a couple of great women -- a teacher and a marketing project manager, mid 20s and early 30s. The landlady lives right upstairs and is super responsive if we need anything. We're a couple blocks from Smith St., close to bars, restaurants, shops, and the movie theater. There's a laundry just around the corner, next to the grocery store.
If you're interested, you'll need to sign on to a 12 month lease through next August. First month rent, security deposit, no fee. We'll also need the standard info -- social security number, driver's license/ID, and a couple references we can call.
We need someone new on the lease by September 1st, so let me know when you can stop by!
