PREFERRED CONTACT IS THRU EMAIL, NOT CALLS/TXT. ********* Hi Everyone My wife and I have lived in Manhattan Beach for the last 5+ yrs, she is from San Diego and I St. Louis; we currently rent a 2 bedroom condo in N. Manhattan Beach. We are a professional couple who are clean, active, respectful, usually early to bed and early to rise and are looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom to an individual. While it would be nice to find someone just like us, it's not 100% necessary. The key is of course that it is a good relationship among us all. Parking is included, utilities are not. While we're looking for a month-to-month sublet agreement, we would like someone who can commit to 6-12 months at least(1yr preferred). Nothing shorter than that. Also, our age range preference is 35 to 55.
