Don't be surprised that whole teams of people are moving to Ditmas Park. West Brooklyn's becoming too overcrowded. Not everybody likes that scene. Some people like traditional Brooklyn. Some people ARE tradition people. Ditmas Park is tradtional. If I write the word "tradition" again, I'm going to be accused of being a member of an organized crime family. So I think I'll stop here.
