The room for rent is two solariums combined. Large windows with lots of sun. A sliding glass door connects the two rooms. One room can be used as a sleeping area and the other can be used as a work/lounge/study space. The room is larger than it looks in pictures!
There is a washer and dryer in the unit and hydro, utilities, cable and internet are included in the price. The building amenities include onsite 24 hour security, a gym, pool, media room, pool/billiards room, party room, rooftop patio with BBQ, keyfob building entry.
