Hi there! Looking for a person between 22-30. Sorry, no pets! If you're an interesting, friendly open minded person that does not smoke then please give us a shout! Not just trying to fill the room - its important that we find somebody compatible with the atmosphere in the house. The setup is very unique for Vancouver as we have full reign of the house and don't have to share with the owner. To keep it simple all utilities are included, I.e internet, gas, electricity. The house is 3 levels. The kitchen will be shared with 3 people. Your bathroom shared with one other person. The bedroom comes with a queen bed, dresser, desk and shelves. There are 5 of us in our mid 20's living on the three floors, 3 Aussies, a German, and a Canadian. Basically we are looking for a chill person to share a house with. We work hard, but like to come home and throw on some tunes and unwind. We also laugh a lot. Obviously if you have a significant other they are welcome to come by as long as they're not staying at the house more than 3 nights a week. We're not looking for a couple to take the room.
