It's a 4/4 with marble floors throughout, upgraded cabinets, massive balcony stretching across two of the "Master" suites as well as the living + dining area, and a storage unit, two parking garage spaces with plenty of parking for visitors. Oceania has secure gated access, cameras all throughout the property, pool, hot tub, sauna, small gym, surfboard and bike racks on property. One roommate is moving out by 9/19. Bachelor lifestyle.. current roommates aged 26-32 all professional, quiet during the week with the rare party for holidays (all of us travel with frequency so it's rare when all are there at the same time).
