Apartment features hardwood floors, huge bright windows, separate oversized eat in kitchen with SS appliances and dishwasher(so big it won't fit in 1 picture), closets with built in shelves, large windowed bathroom, entry foyer, and all in a well maintained elevator building with laundry on the premises.Nick on Yelp!: "Finding the perfect apartment in NYC can be a very stressful & time consuming process. My recommendation: use a broker (preferably Nick Goforth of Anchor Associates!!) I spent a great deal of time researching areas, contacting (who I thought to be) owners, making appointments... only to be disappointed time after time. I was lucky enough to come across an incredible apartment... and an incredible broker!! Unfortunately, the timing was a little off with my current lease, so I had to pass. However, the next day Nick emailed me with another amazing find.
