I am looking for someone to take over my lease. It's a large bedroom in a big house really close to campus. The location is great, walking distance to everyhting (Loblaws, Rideau, etc.) There's a bus stop at he corner (#5). It includes:
- Furnitures (bed, fridge, desk, shef **the ikea chair, the lamp and the coffee table is mine)
-All amenities (wifi, cable, etc.)
- Fully equiped kitchen (shared with the housemates) with a personnal fridge and freezer in your room
- Laundry on site
-Large wardrobe
-A full bathroom (newly renovated) on our floor
I am leaving asap for personnal reasons so the room would ideally be yours from november 1st (flexible).
