Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The apartment has a good size patio, and den for storage. I am renting the second bedroom, which includes the solarium space. There is ensuite laundry, a gym in the building and a parking stall available.
About me: I am a 27 year old female working professional. I usually work from 8-5, and live a busy and active lifestyle. I enjoy having a roommate that likes to hang out, cook and share the living space.
I like to have friends over on occasion, as I would expect you to feel free to do the same. With that said I am very easy going and respectful of noise and your schedule.
The rent ($1,150), with utilities and internet included.
