Our housemate is moving to Germany Nov. 1st for work and we need someone to take his place! The room that you would have is on the middle floor of the house, sharing a kitchen, living room, 2 decks and bathroom with one person. (The house is split into two apartments and one basement studio.)
The entire rest of the apartment is furnished, you would need to just bring your bedroom furniture. The house has an amazing backyard, a driveway and great street parking. We are less than a 8 minute walk from the Ballston Metro.
The house mates are three girls and one guy. We love good beer, sports, laying low and watching movies or going out and having a good time.
