I am looking for a young female professional roommate from their late 20s to late 30s to share a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo unit. I am a 30 year old female working in education. In my spare time, I like to exercise, volunteer and travel. I also love coffee and art. I would describe myself as an outgoing introvert -- I enjoy going out but I also really enjoy my me time. I am usually in bed by 9:30 pm on weeknights, but go out on weekends. I generally have people over twice a month at most. Ideally, I am looking for someone with a similar schedule and lifestyle. The room is very spacious, has a large closet and a private bathroom with a bathtub (I am in the master and have an en suite). The apartment is very modern, nicely decorated, and kept extremely clean. Only bedroom furniture would be required. There is a dishwasher, in-suite washer and dryer, and a patio as well. The rent includes a locker for storage and AC. The building amenities include lobby, rooftop sky lounge, rooftop terrace and barbecue area, fitness studio, steam room, an outdoor courtyard, visitor parking and 24-hour concierge. Steps away to Drake Hotel, Gladstone Hotel and Trinity-Bellwoods Park. Hydro is usually around $50 a month, and high speed Rogers internet is $45 per month. We would split these costs.
