First and last months rent are required prior to moving in Jan. 1 This is a beautiful, bright and spacious unit close to the University of Toronto and St. George subway station (5 minute walk). My current roommate is moving back to India and is looking to sell her belongings, so the room can either be furnished or unfurnished. About me: I'm a graduate student at the University of Toronto in my final year of an MA Child Studies. I'm usually kept quite busy during the day and like to be out and about when I can.
