Built in 1927, The Kirk has a rich history and timeless charm. Under new ownership and management as of the early part of 2014, it has expanded it's business to offer, not only nightly and weekly hotel rates, but affordable 3+ month corporate options for those guests in Tooele on business, internships or other commitments where an apartment type lodging is preferred. Corporate leases include all utilities, fully furnished units right down to the silverware and affordable, full service laundry and apartment cleaning options. The Kirk also offers regular 6 month and longer leases to the local resident for carefree apartment living.
Our community also includes comfortably furnished hotel rooms equipped with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and toaster from $65-$75 per night or $450 per week for a 14% discount, or up to a one month for $1000. That's a 52% discount!
For apartment living, we feature regular and deluxe options in studios, one and two bedroom units. Each unit in the community is unique in floor plan, style and materials and most are available fully furnished.
Regular leases include all utilities with the exception of electricity. All leases and hotel stays include complimentary internet service and basic cable t.v. Other amenities include: two coin laundry facilities, both recently upgraded with new appliances, a large common room with grand kitchen, pool table and darts, a large viewing area with available theater surround sound, spacious courtyard, lush grounds, ample off street private parking lot, beautiful community lobby and a pet friendly environment with a secure dog run.
The Kirk is located in historic downtown Tooele and employs helpful and courteous on-site management and maintenance staff.
