THE APARTMENT: -Looking for 1 more roommate to fill a room in our apartment from May 1st - September 29th (5 month lease). -The room is very spacious, has great closet space (sliding mirror doors), and a small balcony (great natural light in the room). -You will be sharing a bathroom with Natasha (one of our roommates). We have a washer and dryer in the unit, ample garage space if you have a small vehicle (motorcycles, mopeds, bikes). -The kitchen is absurdly nice (marble countertops, brand new appliances, 6-burner stove, etc.) -The entire place is completely furnished minus a few things going with our old roommate. -Also has hardwood floors, a fireplace, dining room space and bar space for eating, full jacket closet, full sports / storage closet, etc. THE LOCATION: -The apartment is a few steps away from a MUNI stop which runs the 38, 38R, and 38BX (takes me about 20 minutes to get to work downtown). It's walking distance to a Trader Joes, Target, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Starbucks, and a plethora of awesome local cafes, restaurants, etc. Running distance to Alamo Square, Golden Gate Park, Presidio, etc. THE ROOMMATES: -We're both females in our mid twenties who work in sales for tech companies downtown. -We work long hours during the week and prefer a quiet, relaxing environment at home. -On the weekends, we're both out and about either with friends, hiking, exploring new parts of the city, etc. -We're both very tidy and chip in equally around the house.
