One open room in our three bedroom, first floor walk-up, shared living room & kitchen and a back yard; Amazing neighborhood with decent parking with or without (Q permit) and close to public transportation (21 and 5). Two blocks to Divisadero Street and two blocks to the panhandle/start of Golden Gate Park -- 20min anywhere else you might want to go! The Room, available April 1: Good sized (~10x10), carpeted with a closet and lots of natural light. The room is currently occupied until the end of the month but I can show it before then. About us: Me - retired bartender/now pt student/mom - weekdays spent at school or in the lab, weekends spent working. Interests include: Being outdoors, rollerskating, tabletop games, reading, studying, cooking, learning to sail, and exploring the city with my son. The Kid - 4th grader/male, avid chess player, enjoys sailing, reading, bikes, baseball, tabletop games, comics, and pinball. Stays with his father most weekends. The Dog - lazy old dog, sleeps a lot, barks occasionally at doorbell. We are up and out of the house by about 730 during the week, and get back between 4 and 6pm. Big on weekday routine but weekends can be a free for all. We are looking for someone who would be a good fit for this little household. Employed and not working from home. The flat is furnished, so you only need to furnish your room. Sorry, but no burners. No long term overnight guests -- i.e. we are renting this room to you, not you and your bf/gf!
