We have a room available in our cute apartment of three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an awesome backyard! The room is available to move in December 1st, but were flexible with the exact date.
We're looking for someone who has had a stable job, is not looking to just crash at home, and most importantly clean after themselves.
As for us, we are two women in the Architecture business, in their late 20s.
We've been living in this apartment for 4 years now and thus have made it our home.
About the neighborhood: There is an small grocery store (a little pricy) around the corner and Trader Jo's a few blocks away. There are lots of bars/restaurants on Folsom in addition to Brainwash, the local laundromat/cafe/bar. Bart and Muni, is a 10 minute walk away. There is no parking provided, but there is some street parking close by.
Rent is 1100$, comes with utilities, internet and monthly cleaning service.
