Unique and architecturally interesting building, former farmer's market turned apartments. Great community and easy access to major roads -- Johnson, Gorham, and Washington. Willing to part with most furniture for a severely reduced cost. Moving into just a bedroom when I move, have no need for the couch (got it for free from a coworker), bed+mattress (can buy there), storage armoire thing downstairs, etc. Very flexible when it comes to this.
