We are expecting our second child soon and decided to move to a bigger place ahead of time (before our contract ends) to make it easier for the whole family specially my wife. The next tenant will have to sign the lease with the Irvine company but we are ready to pay $1000 cash as promotion at the time of signing the contract and move in. The sooner we find the right tenant, the bigger the promotion.
