Roommate wanted for large 2 Bedroom Apartment in SOMA/South beach. Caltrain is a 10-minute walk away and the N Line for Muni is outside the door. Our apartment complex includes 2 gyms with recreation classes, 3 pools, 3 spas, 6 saunas. Willing to pro-rate rent for the month of December or to move-in on January 1st. Our current roommate is moving out for work reasons and we have an opening for our converted living room. We are 2 fun, young professional girls in our 20s. We are both active and social (We enjoy hiking, running, exploring the city) Ideally we want a roommate who likes to have a good time but doesn't bring the party home on the weekdays, and is okay with having people over every now and then/weekends. We are respectful of each others space, but enjoy hanging out/exploring the city together too. Our current apartment set up is for 3 people each to have their own space. There is one person in each bedroom and part of the large living room is converted into a bedroom with a floor-to-ceiling divider. The space available is for the converted living room with a large bay window and private balcony. There is plenty of closet space and full bathroom shared with one girl. Rent includes trash & water, but PG&E & Comcast (TV and internet) are usually about $40 per month. We are ideally looking for a nonsmoker. We are looking for someone to move it January 1st, but can be earlier. Application fee to the property management office is $25 and security deposit is $300. Underground, covered parking is available for $175/month.
