This payment is only made once you're absolutely certain, and you pay it at the same time as paying your damage deposit and first month's rent. That is all you pay to Homeurbano. Description of the accommodation: This 2 bedroom furnished basement suite, is located a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. The unit has a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a single bed, nightstand, closet and a dresser; bedroom 2 has a single bed, nightstand, closet, and a dresser. The space measures 715 ft² approximately. The building has shared laundry included. The monthly rate includes hot water, cold water, electricity, gas, heat, internet, and cable. Street parking is available. A standard security deposit of half of one month's rent is expected to be paid, which will be returned at the end of the lease term. The Sunset Neighbourhood is a largely residential community that surrounds the southern part of Main Street and Fraser Street. Due to the large Indo-Canadian population, the area is also occasionally called 'Little India'.
