Hello! We have a master bedroom and private bathroom that will be available starting January 1st. The room is spacious with a walk-in closet and private hallway to an additional closet and remodeled bathroom. The apartment (3bed 2bath) is the downstairs unit of a lovely house. As you pass the front gate, there is a lush garden along the entryway to the back patio. We have a brand new washer and dryer in-unit and new kitchen appliances. Utilities included are trash and water. Potrero hill is a safe, clean, friendly, and super sunny neighborhood. Our block is cozy and private because we live at the end of the street, which also means we have PLENTY of parking. We live a few blocks away from the Mission District and the quaint restaurant hub in Potrero Hill. We also have a spectacular view of downtown and the bay from the end of our block. We are close to bus lines and it is a short commute to the financial district/soma or to any freeway (101, 80, or 280). We are two 24 year old girls who are clean and like to have fun on the weekends. We keep it mellow during the week and are very easy-going.
