Living room and kitchen is fully furnished with everything you may need, so you will not need to worry about furnishing and it is included in the rent. - 1 BLOCK away from the A train (Euclid Ave) - - Gateway Center Mall is a 15min bus ride on Q8 - - Liberty Ave is a few blocks away with shopping stores - ROOM 1 - $525 1 window, closet, shared bathroom with me + furnished living room ROOM 2 - $800 Private bathroom, closet, 2 windows + furnished living room Wifi is included in the rent unless you don't want it. Water is included as well. Utilities: The electricity, gas/heat will be split between three people. Requirements: 1st month rent + security deposit Proof of employment/income Preferably non-smokers, but you can smoke outside if you are a smoker.
