All of the windows are new, energy efficient, and easily cleaned from the inside; and they come equipped with venetian blinds. At the rear of the building there are parking spaces, and in the front there is a small lawn. The outside dimensions of the building are about 25’ x 40’. The apartment is bight, clean, comfortable, and attractive.
\t The rent of $1020 includes heat, hot water, snow-clearing, and lawn cutting. There is a laundry facility in the building which is not coin operated, and it may be used on a time-sharing basis for a flat monthly fee of $17 per person. Hydro for the lights and stove (about $35 a month) is extra. If needed, a parking spot is available for $40 monthly. This unit will be available on February 1 or later.
