Living room and kitchen will be fully furnished with everything you may need. Sunroof. Access to laundry room will be allowed. I will allow pets, but would also like to meet the pet first! - 1 BLOCK away from the A train (Euclid Ave) - - Gateway Center Mall is a 15min bus ride on Q8 - - Liberty Ave is a few blocks away with all shopping stores - ROOM for RENT - $875 (with utilities included) (flexible with this room's price, depending on how much you will be using utilities, etc.) Private bathroom, closet, 2 windows Requirements: 1st month rent + security deposit Proof of employment/income Preferably non-smokers, but you can smoke outside if you are a smoker.
