I am looking for one or two people to fill an available room in our lovely apartment in Hayes Valley. The rent is $1600 for the whole room but suitable for either a couple or two friends who wanna share meaning $800 each. (+ utilities)
The apartment is a fully furnished (but you are more than welcome to bring your own stuff), two room apt with a common area, well equipped kitchen, balcony, back yard, washing machine and dish washer.
Located in Hayes Valley, which is such a great area! Lots of cool restaurants, bars and cafes around. 15 min walk Downtown and very good connection with public transport to most areas of the city. Closest muni-stop are either Van Ness or Church. Bus 22 just outside the door takes you easily to the Mission or the Marina.
