More images available at request. Roommate requirements: Must not display any signs of being a douche nor is it acceptable to watch me sleep. Reality TV is not permitted. Sports, documentaries, NEWS and channels such as HBO, AMC, FX are acceptable sources of TV entertainment. I cook far more than eat out. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. My last roommate was respectful, considerate, generous and if he found me drunk referred to me as Mr. Lahey or Assistant Park Supervisor Randy. I have a green thumb so there are a few plants.
