My wife and I are looking for someone to take over our lease. Casa Madrid has been our home for six months now and we definitely wouldn't be leaving it behind had we not been moving to a different city. Loved our time spent in this community - really nice neighbors, In-N-Out is five minutes of a walk away, there's some really good Vietnamese, Turkish and Chinese food nearby, a very well managed Albertson's is less than a mile away, so is the Metrolink/Amtrak station, Angels Stadium, as well as the Honda Center. You'll also enjoy easy access to the Riverside (91), Orange (57) and Santa Ana (5) freeways. If for whatever reason you're not as pleased with your stay here as we were, remember -- the lease ends on June 23rd, 2016! The rent is $1290, the deposit is $600.
