Hi. *Female only* We have an apartment in Kits and we have a spare room, The room is small but the common area's are quite large and location is wonderful, minutes from the beach, awesome shopping and public transport anywhere in the city just outside the front door. The apartment is fully furnished, however you will need to have your own bed, there is also storage and bike lock up available. You will be sharing the apartment with an Australian couple and an indoor cat, so you will have to be okay with cats.We are professional, outgoing and down to earth people, non vegan or religious, but accepting of all. we have people round sometimes but that is only on an occasional weekend. Both of us work long hours and are generally really quiet during the week. All bills and high speed internet included with rent, so no more to pay.
