I’m looking for a roommate to share my awesome, 2-level apt in a beautiful Victorian home in the Parkdale/Roncesvalles area (Queen and Macdonell)- available immediately or February, March or April 1st, whatever works for you. The apartment is furnished (except your room) but there is room for some extra furniture. There is one shared bathroom on the second floor. The place is recently reno’d with a new, open, bright, kitchen, including dishwasher, cozy wood-burning stove and laundry unit. There is also an awesome back deck/BBQ- great for entertaining/lounging in the summer. The apartment is a 3 bedroom. The third bedroom could be used as a guest room, office or storage- whatever we decide. My bedroom is on the second floor and your bedroom is on the third floor which allows for more privacy. Great neighbourhood! only minutes’ walk to Shoppers, LCBO, grocery stores, bars/restaurants, coffee shops on Queen West and Roncesvalles areas. Steps to the 24 hour Queen streetcar or #47 bus to Lansdowne subway stn. Guest and street parking is available if needed. About me: I’m a clean, quiet, professional, gay male, who lives an active, healthy life and travels a lot. I maintain pretty regular sleep/work hours (9-5) Looking for: someone clean, quiet and non-smoking.
