Very quaint, award-winning and well-kept. On-site manager. Prefer single female. I will be in and out during that time, but the furnished bedroom is available for YOU alone! It has a door for privacy. Large, sunny, and equipped with queen-size bed, desk and bookshelf/storage. Own closet. I have two cats, who will be moving out April 1. No smoking, drugs, excessive alcohol, or parties. Need somebody quiet and focused. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet; the quietest I've ever experienced in LA.
