Looking for a roommate for my two bedroom laneway home! 700+ utilities. The house is furnished but the bedroom is not. The house was just recently built 2 years ago so it is really modern and nice. 1.5 bathrooms- One upstairs with a bathtub and one down stairs which also has a front loading washer and dryer. The room also includes two deep closets that are great for storage. You would be living with me and my cat. Im a 20 year old woman working full time and studying, I'm looking for a female roomie but could be open to a male! Im hoping for someone clean, quite, and down to earth
