I am moving out of my apartment Feb 1, and am looking for someone to take over my lease until July 31 (with option to continue month to month after then). The room is large and bright with plenty of closet space, as you can see from the pics. It's very warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. You'll be sharing with three others (20-something professional females), and a cat. Location is perfect - on quiet Shaw Street, close to Bloor and Ossington, Christie Pits, bars, restaurants, bike lanes, transit, Fiesta Farms. The house is on two levels: kitchen, bathroom, large bright living room, and two rooms (including yours) on the main floor, and two other rooms on the top floor. Great back yard too for the gardening enthusiasts! No onsite laundry but several laundromats within a 5-10 minute walk. Rent is $770 a month, including heat, hydro and other utilities (internet is shared and $23 a month). Looking for someone sociable, friendly and responsible.
